Upon the successful completion of our homeowner association
management course, and passing the final exam, you will
earn our “Homeowner Association Management Certificate.”
Four 2 ˝ hour sessions.
Class limited to ten students to ensure that you receive
personal attention.
Three homework assignments.
Final exam requires 80% score to pass.
Letters of Commendation will be provided to those students
scoring in the top 80% of their class on the final exam.
$120 payable in advance with no refunds. Space is limited
to 10 students. |
